Blake RoedersheimerMarket Manager
Blake was born and raised in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. He attended both Concordia University of Ann Arbor, and UC Clermont, where he played baseball and studied Business Administration.
After working in the outsourced sales and consulting industry for a few years, Blake launched Ignite Marketing Solutions, Inc. in an effort to meet market demands from clients. He is excited to continue growing the firm at a rapid pace and to shape the next generation of entrepreneurial minds.
Outside of work, you can find Blake rooting for his favorite sports teams- especially the Bengals! He also enjoys 70s and 80s rock, working out, and hanging out with his two cats.
Derek Williams Assistant Manager
Derek was born and raised in Aurora, Indiana. He graduated from South Dearborn High School with an academic and technical honors diploma and a general education certificate from Ivy Tech Community College. He was searching for a promising career that did not require a college degree and found Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Derek was very excited about the endless growth and long-term opportunity that Ignite Marketing Solutions offered without requiring a college degree. He was also excited to see the atmosphere and team surrounding him while he grows in his career.
Derek has a range of management experience. He has goals to continue moving forward with Ignite Marketing Solutions, to reach the management level, and to help with organizational expansion.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending time with his nephew. He has been a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoys tailgating at Longworth Hall.
Monica PlyeHR Manager
Monica Plye was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She attended Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Marketing and Business and a minor in Management.
After working in marketing for three years, Monica discovered her true passion lay in Human Resources. In her search for a role that blended both interests, she found the perfect fit at Ignite Marketing Solutions and joined the team as HR Manager—a role that allows her to combine her love for people operations and strategic communication.
Monica is driven by a passion for growth and development. Her goals include supporting team members in achieving their personal and professional milestones, contributing to the company’s expansion into new markets, and continuing to grow in her role as a key part of the organization.
Ashley TurksonMarketing Representative
Ashley Turkson is originally from Ghana, West Africa. She attended college in Ghana for her Bachelor's and moved to the States for her Master's at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
She majored in Digital Communication and Multimedia.
Ashley has published two books and is looking to get into more creative projects in the future.
She has minor experience in Sales and Project Management and is excited to learn more about communication, leadership and team building.
Ashley loves to read, watch K-Drama and spend time with her friends and family.
Maya GainesMarketing Representative
Maya grew up in Forest Park, Ohio, where she currently resides. She graduated from Northwest High School and attended Butler Tech, earning her cosmetology certification.
At the age of 20, Maya also obtained her Life Insurance License, demonstrating her dedication to professional growth and continued learning.
Outside of her career, Maya enjoys shopping, spending time in nature, and caring for animals.
She is a proud pet owner to Iris, her beloved calico cat, who brings joy to her everyday life.
Ellie RankinMarketing Representative
Ellie is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business.
She has a background in marketing, social media, branding, and leadership.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys going to the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, taking photos, reading her Bible, and attending church weekly!
Vincent HaddanMarketing Representative
Vince was born and raised just south of Indianapolis in Franklin, Indiana and attended Franklin Community High School.
After high school Vince attended Bradley University for a year before transferring to Indiana University and graduating in the class of 2022 with a degree in accounting.
Was a member of Theta Xi fraternity at Bradley University, and was a founding father in the starting of a new chapter at Indiana University.
Vince’s professional career started as the general manager of Whiteland Raceway Park for 4 years before moving to Ohio and transitioning to sales focused roles at TQL and Improveit Home Remodeling.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys golf, racing, hockey, college sports, and writing
Nishant TimilsinaMarketing Representative
Meet Nishant! Originally from Nepal, he moved to the United States in 2021 and now works in marketing and sales at Ignite Marketing Solutions, where he draws on his background in business development, student coaching, and team leadership.
He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Information Systems & Business Analytics, allowing him to combine data-driven strategies with strong relationship-building skills.
Outside of work, Nishant enjoys watching movies and TV shows, as well as playing video games!
Brandon SmithMarketing Representative
Brandon was born and raised in Cincinnati, he is 38 years old and a graduate of Western Hills High School.
He proudly served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an aviation mechanic, gaining valuable technical skills and hands-on experience.
Following his military service, he continued his career working with aircraft and operating heavy machinery.
Outside of work, Brandon is a proud father of two who enjoys gaming, bowling, and paranormal investigations!
Aaron SmithMarketing Representative
Aaron was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, where he graduated from Tates Creek High School before pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of Kentucky.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys watching sports, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family.
