Blake RoedersheimerMarket Manager
Blake was born and raised in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. He attended both Concordia University of Ann Arbor, and UC Clermont, where he played baseball and studied Business Administration.
After working in the outsourced sales and consulting industry for a few years, Blake launched Ignite Marketing Solutions, Inc. in an effort to meet market demands from clients. He is excited to continue growing the firm at a rapid pace and to shape the next generation of entrepreneurial minds.
Outside of work, you can find Blake rooting for his favorite sports teams- especially the Bengals! He also enjoys 70s and 80s rock, working out, and hanging out with his two cats.
Latakusum (Luna) PokharelAssistant Manager
Latakusum Pokharel, born and raised in Nepal, pursued her passion for physics, earning a degree in Applied Physics from Kathmandu University School of Science.
The goal of completing her master's brought her to America, and she pursued her master's in engineering at Morehead State University. It didn’t take her long to realize she wasn’t made for it, so while completing her master's she began to explore other fields of interest. That’s when she came across Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Soon after she joined the team and learned about culture and growth opportunities, she committed herself to the process, and couldn’t wait to see what the future holds for her. She strives to become one of the best entrepreneurs in the organization.
In her leisure time, she enjoys writing novels and cherishing moments with friends and family. Her collection of eight published novels has garnered admiration from thousands of readers online.
Monica PlyeHR Manager
Monica Plye was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She attended Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Marketing and Business and a minor in Management. After working in marketing for three years, Monica discovered her true passion lay in Human Resources. In her search for a role that blended both interests, she found the perfect fit at Ignite Marketing Solutions and joined the team as HR Manager—a role that allows her to combine her love for people operations and strategic communication. Monica is driven by a passion for growth and development. Her goals include supporting team members in achieving their personal and professional milestones, contributing to the company’s expansion into new markets, and continuing to grow in her role as a key part of the organization.
Faisal AlsaifMarketing Representative
Faisal Alsaif is originally from Saudi Arabia. He studied Business Administration and Marketing at Colorado State University. After college, he was looking for a company that would allow him to grow, learn, and gain business experience. Gratefully, he found Ignite Marketing Solutions, and it was a perfect fit.
He is excited about spearheading market expansion for clients and creating teams that have the same passion for the company as he has.
Outside of work, he is interested in drawing, reading books, and photography. Faisal has created a portfolio for photography and digital art on Instagram and also enjoys freelance photography.
Ashmita KCMarketing Representative
Ashmita KC is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. She grew up with her twin brothers and her parents in Kathmandu. She came to the United States in 2019 and then attended Northern Kentucky University, earning a Computer Science and Information Technology degree.
Ashmita is passionate about building great relationships with others and has always loved talking to people and making connections. Upon graduation, she came across Ignite Marketing Solutions, and she felt it was a perfect place to grow her skills and career. She always likes to build her communication, management, and marketing skills along with the technology.
Outside of work, Ashmita likes to play board games, travel, watch movies, and cook good food.
Derek WilliamsMarketing Representative
Derek was born and raised in Aurora, Indiana. He graduated from South Dearborn High School with an academic and technical honors diploma and a general education certificate from Ivy Tech Community College. He was searching for a promising career that did not require a college degree and found Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Derek was very excited about the endless growth and long-term opportunity that Ignite Marketing Solutions offered without requiring a college degree. He was also excited to see the atmosphere and team surrounding him while he grows in his career.
Derek has a range of management experience. He has goals to continue moving forward with Ignite Marketing Solutions, to reach the management level, and to help with organizational expansion.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending time with his nephew. He has been a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoys tailgating at Longworth Hall.
Wyatt EppertMarketing Representative
Wyatt Eppert is originally from Goshen, Ohio, and later moved to Batavia, where he grew up. A former wrestler, he placed in the top 10 statewide during his senior year of high school. He also completed a three-year business course that sparked his interest in sales.
Wyatt joined Ignite Marketing Solutions to pursue a professional path in the industry and is excited about the opportunities for growth the company offers. His goal is to aid in market expansion across the nation and build a future of financial freedom.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and hopes to begin competing in tournaments.
Nathan KulbeMarketing Representative
Nathan Kulbe grew up in Batavia, Ohio, where he still resides. He is currently attending Thomas More University, working toward a degree in business. Nathan was introduced to Ignite Marketing Solutions by his best friend, Wyatt, and is enthusiastic about learning the ins and outs of sales and entrepreneurship.
Nathan brings a competitive spirit to the team, with accomplishments that include placing 4th in the state for wrestling, becoming a 6-time national gymnastics champion, and winning a Business Professionals of America state title. His goals include starting his own business and retiring his parents.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys fishing, lifting, wrestling, and spending time with family and friends.
Ashley TurksonMarketing Representative
Ashley Turkson is originally from Ghana, West Africa. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Ghana before moving to the United States to complete her master’s in Digital Communication and Multimedia at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
After graduating, Ashley was drawn to Ignite Marketing Solutions while exploring fresh opportunities in the job market. With previous experience in sales and project management, she is eager to expand her skills in communication, leadership, and team building.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, watching Korean dramas, and spending quality time with family and friends.
