Blake RoedersheimerPresident & CEO
Blake was born and raised in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. He attended both Concordia University of Ann Arbor, and UC Clermont, where he played baseball and studied Business Administration.
After working in the outsourced sales and consulting industry for a few years, Blake launched Ignite Marketing Solutions, Inc. in an effort to meet market demands from clients. He is excited to continue growing the firm at a rapid pace and to shape the next generation of entrepreneurial minds.
Outside of work, you can find Blake rooting for his favorite sports teams- especially the Bengals! He also enjoys 70s and 80s rock, working out, and hanging out with his two cats.
Nick HummerTeam Lead
Nick was born in Lafayette, Indiana but moved to northern Kentucky in his youth. He continued to live there until the beginning of his sophomore year in high school. Nick finished out his school career in Hamilton, Ohio and has been in Ohio ever since.
He was introduced to Ignite Marketing Solutions via a friend working with the organization. Nick was immediately interested in the opportunity for growth that Ignite Marketing Solutions provides.
Nick has enjoyed playing basketball his entire life. He also enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family outside of work.
Faisal AlsaifMarketing Representative
Faisal Alsaif is originally from Saudi Arabia. He studied Business Administration and Marketing at Colorado State University. After college, he was looking for a company that would allow him to grow, learn, and gain business experience. Gratefully, he found Ignite Marketing Solutions, and it was a perfect fit.
He is excited about spearheading market expansion for clients and creating teams that have the same passion for the company as he has.
Outside of work, he is interested in drawing, reading books, and photography. Faisal has created a portfolio for photography and digital art on Instagram and also enjoys freelance photography.
Latakusum (Luna) PokharelTeam Lead
Latakusum Pokharel, born and raised in Nepal, pursued her passion for physics, earning a degree in Applied Physics from Kathmandu University School of Science.
The goal of completing her master's brought her to America, and she pursued her master's in engineering at Morehead State University. It didn’t take her long to realize she wasn’t made for it, so while completing her master's she began to explore other fields of interest. That’s when she came across Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Soon after she joined the team and learned about culture and growth opportunities, she committed herself to the process, and couldn’t wait to see what the future holds for her. She strives to become one of the best entrepreneurs in the organization.
In her leisure time, she enjoys writing novels and cherishing moments with friends and family. Her collection of eight published novels has garnered admiration from thousands of readers online.
Derek WilliamsMarketing Representative
Derek was born and raised in Aurora, Indiana. He graduated from South Dearborn High School with an academic and technical honors diploma and a general education certificate from Ivy Tech Community College. He was searching for a promising career that did not require a college degree and found Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Derek was very excited about the endless growth and long-term opportunity that Ignite Marketing Solutions offered without requiring a college degree. He was also excited to see the atmosphere and team surrounding him while he grows in his career.
Derek has a range of management experience. He has goals to continue moving forward with Ignite Marketing Solutions, to reach the management level, and to help with organizational expansion.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending time with his nephew. He has been a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoys tailgating at Longworth Hall.
Coby CampbellMarketing Representative
Coby was born and raised in Harrison, Ohio, and pursued a degree at Indiana University South Bend. During his college years, he also played baseball, ultimately earning his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
He joined Ignite Marketing Solutions for the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain experience in the industry. He is excited about the many opportunities he can achieve with the firm and what his future holds.
As a recent graduate, he is eager to build skill sets and gain professional experience that will benefit him throughout his life.
Outside of work, Coby loves playing and watching sports. He is a huge fan of the Reds and Bengals.
Shiloh WintersMarketing Representative
Shiloh Winters was born in Torrington, Connecticut, and was moved to New York soon after birth. He grew up and attended high school in upstate New York. After graduating high school, he enjoyed traveling throughout Europe.
Upon returning to the States, he attended Morrisville State College before joining the United States Marine Corps, a decision that would change his life for the better.
After working in sales for some time, he relocated to Cincinnati, where he found Ignite Marketing Solutions. He loves working face-to-face with people, and the training opportunities provided by the firm.
He is grateful for the time he spent in the military, which helped him with his confidence and personal discipline, two things he believes will serve him well at Ignite Marketing Solutions.
Ashmita KCMarketing Representative
Ashmita KC is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. She grew up with her twin brothers and her parents in Kathmandu. She came to the United States in 2019 and then attended Northern Kentucky University, earning a Computer Science and Information Technology degree.
Ashmita is passionate about building great relationships with others and has always loved talking to people and making connections. Upon graduation, she came across Ignite Marketing Solutions, and she felt it was a perfect place to grow her skills and career. She always likes to build her communication, management, and marketing skills along with the technology.
Outside of work, Ashmita likes to play board games, travel, watch movies, and cook good food.
Ismael FloresMarketing Representative
Ismael was born in Orange County, California, and raised in Chicago. In his youth, he competed in numerous amateur mixed martial arts fights and also earned a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
He enjoys the performance-based aspect of working at Ignite Marketing Solutions and having control over his pay. He is excited about growing professionally with the firm and taking on further leadership responsibilities. Ismael's goals for the future include helping the firm with continued expansion, providing for his daughter, and continuing to compete professionally for a belt.
Outside of work, Ismael enjoys going to the gym each day, training in mixed martial arts, and running when he can. He loves making the most out of his time with his adorable daughter.
